If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a refund according to our refund policy. Please note that if the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return, and our Return & Refund Policy will apply.

4. Refunds: For successfully canceled orders, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. The refund process may take 7 business days to complete, depending on your financial institution.
